What should I do if i miss my delivery?
We understand that you can’t wait at your delivery address all the time, and that is exactly why we will try to attempt delivering your order thrice.
Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. In this case you can email us at care@dumkee.com and we will try our best to help you out.
Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 2 day return policy, which means you have2 days after receiving your item to request a return, only if we delivered the wrong design or size which is not as per size charts on our page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
I need a copy of my invoice for my order placed with Dumkee.
We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, you need another invoice, email us at care@dumkee.com and we'll share you a soft copy.
