Order Cancellation
Once an order is successfully placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Please double-check your cart, size, color, and shipping details before confirming payment.
Exchanges
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return, only if we delivered the wrong design or size which is not as per size charts on our page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at care@dumkee.com with:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
